"LASER OVERCHARGING" LASER_OVERCHARGING LASEROVERCHARGING
This code allows for a ship's lasers to be overcharged past their normal bounds. Where as normally ships would take 1 shot per laser per round, an overcharged laser could take 2. Any shots not taken in any given round roll over to the next round. If the ship had 4 lasers, and fired 3 shots in one round, in the next round they could get up to 5 shots, one of them being overcharged. Overcharged lasers have a little bit of extra distance, and a little bit of extra damage.
