Syntax: Feel 'Fly' [(Character)] This power enables the target character to fly. It is useful in saving mv (movement points), preventing a character from falling when in the air, moving over water or through the air, and in preventing an opponent from tripping you. Some water areas require the use of fly to prevent damage from drowning. If you are in an area and your movement suddenly begins to drop, then you begin losing hps [hitpoints], you should cast fly immediately.
